As a small, new charity in international development, we are very happy to recommend Paula Alionyte, when it comes to getting a sound and practical fundraising review. Her assessment of our strengths and challenges was spot on and her clear and detailed plan of action very helpful in guiding us towards some easy wins, as well as tackling the more difficult tasks in a way that we as a start-up charity can manage.

 

We feel less daunted by the challenge of fundraising and have much better insight into our own capabilities and how we should target grant proposals. Four months after her report we already have a stronger social media presence and have managed to recruit two additional volunteers and a new Trustee with the skills and knowledge that Paula recommended. Paula managed the arduous task of migrating our CRM from eTapestry to Salesforce Non-Profit. She oversaw the entire process from requesting the non-profit license, exporting our data from our old database, cleaning the data, customising the Salesforce instance for the exact requirements and uses we wanted it for and finally running several training sessions to enable our small team to not only learn how to use it but how to make future customisations if we wanted.

 

Without a doubt, it has made it far easier for us to manage our donor journey and has saved us a huge amount of money as we no longer need to pay for a CRM, which is all thanks to Paula as we’d never have been able to do it without her skills, patience, and attention to detail!

We’d had eTapestry in place for a number of years but it hadn’t been optimised and we knew there were many capabilities we weren’t making the most of. Paula worked with us to determine what our tailored wish list was and she then set everything up on eTapestry, she also wrote detailed user guides for the specific features we’d requested so we were able to utilise them straight away.

 

There is no way we had the expertise or time in-house to do this as a small charity so being able to access Paula’s skills and experience at such an accessible, justifiable rate has been invaluable. We’d have no hesitation in working with Paula again and highly recommend her.

The Malki Foundation Team had a CRM which was not being used to its potential. Thanks to Paula’s virtual training sessions, her videos, and her prompt and detailed emails answering our queries we have quickly gained a comprehensive understanding of the CRM which will benefit the charity greatly.
